0146(1)Backyard has multiple climbing stuctures that are placed too closely together. 0146(4) Licensor observed a mini trampoline accessible in the backyard. Trampoline removed while Licensor was still on-site. 0146(1)(a)(b) Licensor observed climbing equipment on less than 9 inches of ground cover.
